It might seem quite an extreme statement, however, myself, Emma & Nicola have recently been trying to build up our skill base by “getting” ourselves “out” of the office and on to training modules or involved in other activities. Continue reading
Can you turn stress into success? Apparently you can, if you improve your resilience to life’s challenges.
I went on Turn your stress into Success training yesterday afternoon and really enjoyed it. I definitely think this is an area of our lives that we all need to get better at tackling, so it was relevant to everyone. Continue reading
Hello bloggers – hope you are easing into the working week nicely 🙂
Today, like most days recently, has been a nice mixture of duties! Hannah is away on annual leave today, so the Outreach Team are one down. We really should start getting used to this as the next few weeks are full of events & holidays – but I still find it strange being one member less than usual. Continue reading
I’m finally back writing my blog, (its Matt in case you didn’t know). After going home on my holiday leave and then suffering from a stomach bug for a few days I have returned to the office. However that wasn’t the case and once we had taken part in a bit of intern speed dating (really, that happened) we all, including the trainers, got to know everyone’s individual story. Continue reading
I’m (Matt) starting this blog a bit unsure about what exactly to write about. This is simply because I have been out of the office all day at a training event. This training was titled ‘Introduction to Internships’, and acted as way of being able to utilise the most out of the internship. This was the first out of many that we will be taking which has been a nice, unexpected surprise about working in this role. Continue reading
